Her career began in London at Quintessentially, one of the world’s leading event companies, where she served as Events Coordinator. There, she curated experiences for renowned global brands, developing a distinctive vision grounded in precision, beauty, and emotional resonance.
Travel has always been at the heart of Nicole’s life - and one of the reasons she loves designing weddings. It allows her to explore Italy’s most extraordinary destinations while continuously rediscovering her country’s artistry, architecture, and light.
Today, as Founder and Creative Director of the Nicole Sparvieri Company, she is recognized internationally for her sophisticated and contemporary perspective on event design. With a degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Event Management, Nicole combines strategic insight with aesthetic intuition and emotional depth. Her philosophy transcends event planning: it’s about creating immersive experiences where atmosphere, storytelling, and detail exist in perfect harmony.
