PLANNING PROCESS
• DO YOU COORDINATE THE WHOLE WEDDING PROCESS?
Yes, we do take care of the whole wedding process from the beginning to the end. We assist you in every step, from the wedding dress to the selection of the location and all the other services related to your wedding.
• WILL THERE BE A TEAM WORKING ON OUR WEDDING?
Yes, our internal team will take care of the entire process of the wedding and will be at your disposal the entire process.
• DO YOU ALSO PLAN ACTIVITIES FOR OUR GUESTS?
Yes, as we know Italy very well, we can suggest, plan and book the activities for your guests during your wedding weekend.
• WHEN SHOULD I START TO BOOK A WEDDING PLANNER AND START PLANNING MY WEDDING?
We suggest 9 to 12 months earlier, especially when planning a wedding abroad. Please do consider that some venues are booked one to two years in advance.
VENUES
• HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE WEDDING VENUE?
Based on your desires and priorities, we’ll guide you in the process of the location that fits the most with your expectations and desires.
• ARE THERE ANY LOCATIONS WHERE WE CAN PARTY UNTIL LATE?
Usually in Italy, in most of the locations you can party until 2/3AM which is normally a good time to end a party. If you are looking for locations that allow to party until late time, we have a selection of locations where is possible to do that.
• WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY VENUE?
To be safe and to secure your place, we suggest a year in advance.
WEDDING CAKE
• DO YOU HAVE A GOOD CAKE DESIGNER IN ITALY? CAN WE HAVE A MONUMENTAL CAKE?
We collaborate with some real artists of wedding cakes and we do have partnerships all over Italy (Venice, Rome, Amalfi, Tuscany and many others) Based on your wedding style, we will support you also in making sure that your wedding cake will be phenomenal as you expect it.
CATERING SERVICE
• HOW CAN WE SELECT THE CATERING SERVICE? HOW DO WE KNOW IF IT’S A GOOD CATERING FOR MY WEDDING?
As a luxury wedding and event planning agency, we partner with some of the best catering in Italy. We know how they work and the quality of their products, so we’ll make sure that you do the best choice.
• THERE IS ANY KOSHER CATERING IN ITALY?
Yes, in Italy there are some Kosher catering that we know very well. We also offer some international options in order to give you a wider selection.
ACCOMMODATION
• WILL YOU TAKE CARE OF THE ACCOMMODATION OF MY GUESTS?
Yes, this is a service that we provide, together with concierge and lifestyle services.
• DO I NEED TO HAVE ALL THE GUESTS AT THE SAME HOTEL/VENUE?
Not necessarily. This depends on the number of guests and on the location involved. Also, please do consider that if you’re planning on having a large number of guests, some venues cannot accommodate all of them. However, we can book the closest hotels to your venue. We can assist you in finding the perfect solutions for you and your guests. If guests are not staying in the same hotel we will organize their transfers to the parties.
INVITATIONS AND INFORMATION FOR YOUR GUESTS
• WHEN SHALL WE SEND THE SAVE THE DATE?
We usually suggest to send a save the date 8 to 12 months in advance.
• WHEN SHALL WE SEND THE INVITATIONS?
We suggest doing this at least 3 to 5 months before the wedding day. We will support you also in the creation and ideation of a nice design for your invitations. We have an internal team that takes care of the graphic design part.
• CAN YOU TAKE CARE OF THE INVITATIONS?
Yes of course! We can produce spectacular invitations, so that the wedding will be memorable from the beginning until the end. Everything will be customized based on your desires and style.
• SHALL WE MAKE A WEBSITE FOR OUR GUESTS?
It’s not mandatory but it’s a great way to save your time and the time of your guests. There are several programs available to create one. We can guide you through the different possibilities.
CEREMONY
• DO YOU PRODUCE SYMBOLIC WEDDINGS?
We do produce personalised and beautiful symbolic weddings for our lovely couples!
PAYMENTS
• HOW DO WE PAY THE SUPPLIERS? WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR THE PAYMENT?
For your convenience we suggest to take care of all the payments with the suppliers. We are going to include all the costs in our detailed master bill and inform you about the payments deadlines. This will save a lot of your time and help you taking out any stress on you.
WEATHER
• WHAT’S THE BEST TIME OF THE YEAR TO GET MARRIED?
Weather is always an unpredictable factor whether you want to get married in Rome or Florence or Venice. Italy is usually known for its nice weather during all seasons but if you want to have mild weather the best months usually are: May, June and September.
MUSIC
• DO YOU HAVE LOCAL BANDS?
We do have a wide selection of bands from local to international ones. When we understand the mood you want to give to your event, we will suggest the performers accordingly.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
• DO YOU HAVE SOME LOCAL PHOTOGRAPHERS AND VIDEOGRAPHERS YOU COLLABORATE WITH?
We collaborate with some of the most amazing and professional photographers and videographers in Italy.
• CAN WE TAKE OUR PHOTOGRAPHERS FROM ABROAD?
Of course! We love to work with International professionals from all over the world and we will make sure to give them all the support they need pre, during and post your event.
CHILDREN AT WEDDINGS
• DO YOU PROVIDE ANY SERVICE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, we provide a babysitting service and we also plan activities for them during your wedding. We do also have professional multilingual baby sitters that will take care and entertain children of all ages.
